Justice achieved for a pedestrian struck by a reckless driver

My 86-year-old mother-in-law was taking her daily walk around our neighborhood when, for no apparent reason, a truck driven by an elderly man swerved off the road and onto the sidewalk where she was, knocking her about 20 feet. The impact fractured several of her ribs, broke one of her ankles and one big toe, and left her with a severe concussion. We are so fortunate that she survived.
